Unbreakable News! "Glass" is a bonified hit!
Who say superhero movies don’t have any new tricks? “Glass” takes the superhero genre to a realistic world that is all too familiar to the one audiences members live in. Director and writer M. Night Shyamalan returns to the big screen after his break out hit “Split” won over both critics and fans alike. Creating a cult following with the its surprise twist end. For fans who followed Shyamalan’s work from its conceptions the jaw dropping ending that reveal “Split” to a sequel to the director 2000’s flick “Unbreakable” was a joyfully celebration.
In this third act Shyamalan brings his three lead super power characters to a psychiatric hospital. In this facility we dive into the superpowered trios inner psyche and in result going and emotional journey into their lives, as well as the people whose lives they touches. Bruce Willis returns to the role of David Dunn. This taking on crime in crime as his heroic alter ego. On the other side of the spectrum lies his archenemy Mr. Glass portrayed by Samuel L. Jackson. Samuel dives into the role a true mastermind, with a dark and mysterious mind. James McAvoy excels as multiply roles contained in one body; a body's shows extraordinary talent as it changes physically when he takes on the identity of the beast. Joining the trio on this journey is the multi-talented Sarah Paulson.
Each actor brings a powerful performance that ties an extraordinary twist on a modern and realistic superhero story. Shyamalan knocks it out the park with this 5 star film. Glass is one film that all hero loves should watch.
