J. Rosa vs Vegas: Week 5

J. Rosa vs Vegas: Week 5

Week 5 is here and after taking a week off, I am back to get on the winning record. Let’s make some money.

Chicago (+ 4.5) at Indianapolis

Even at home, the Colts should not be favored this much. The Indy defense is dreadful and it will more than likely be an ugly game with a lot of offense. Andrew Luck’s offensive line is not blocking at all and is under pressure immediately after every snap. Brian Hoyer is the Bears’ QB and he has that offense clicking. With Jeremy Langford out, Jordan Howard has taken the reigns at running back and he looks poised to build from his performance last weekend. Give me the Bears and the points.

Houston at Minnesota (+6)

No AP, No Teddy Bridgewater, no problem. Coach Mike Zimmer has the Vikings defense playing at an elite level. I am still not a believer in Brock Osweiller as a franchise QB. Once the Vikes get a lead they are tough to come back on. I see a long day for Brock and the Texans.

Cincinnati (-1) at Dallas

Who have the Cowboys really beat? I am shocked the Bengals are only favored by one point. The Dallas defense can’t stop people and I expect Jeremy Hill to have a big day. The Bengals offense looked good last Thursday night and they should be getting back their TE, Tyler Eifert. Give me the Bengals.

Those are my picks. Hold me to it.
